NOP is designed to complement your child’s pediatrician/primary care physician. We offer a convenient and comfortable pediatric urgent care alternative to the Emergency Room for patients who need to be seen when their pediatrician is unavailable, or for services that your pediatrician may not provide. You should come to NOP when your child needs after-hours urgent care.

We are open 7 days a week, including most holidays. We feature the following hours for summer:

• Mondays – Fridays: 3p – 7p

• Saturdays: 10a – 3p

• Sundays: 12p – 5p

We are open on the following holidays:

• Martin Luther King Day

• Memorial Day

• Labor Day

• Black Friday

• Christmas Eve

• Day after Christmas (12/26)

• New Years Eve

  Hours for above holidays will be announced on our website and social media pages.

** We are closed 5 days per year for:
Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day (on-call line will be available).

NOP providers are trained specifically to diagnose and treat children, as opposed to adult providers that staff generic prompt cares. Children are NOT just “little adults”, and your child deserves specialized care!

We treat ages 0 to 21!

Emergency rooms are better suited for those suffering from life-threatening conditions. Urgent care providers can treat those needing immediate, less serious medical attention.

We employ Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioners, and there is a Board-Certified Pediatrician on call 24/7.

NOP has a very simple and affordable payment policy based on the level of care required. Your child can still be seen for urgent care, but the expense will be out of pocket. You may be able to submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement, that may be applied to your out-of-network deductible.

Yes! We view our relationship with local pediatricians as a partnership, working to provide the best care possible. We will fax a copy of your visit summary and any other pertinent information to your primary care physician.

We only offer Influenza and COVID vaccines. We do not offer regularly scheduled immunizations or well-child check-up’s, as we believe these services should be performed by your pediatrician.

There is a provider on call from 8pm to 8am 365 days/year! Just call the clinic at 803-961-5001, and you will be automatically rerouted to a provider if the clinic is not open.

No, we are a stand-alone LOCALLY OWNED pediatric after-hours clinic. Although we are not affiliated with any hospital or any other medical practice, we maintain close relationships with both physician groups and local-area hospitals to help ensure the best continuity of care. We do have the ability to arrange ambulance transfers for the rare patient who may require transport from our practice for emergent care.
